I just had my complimentary consultation and 3D scan at Elgin Dental Implants this week, and it was a genuinely positive experience from start to finish. The staff were courteous, and the scan itself was quick and comfortable. What stood out most was how clearly the results were explained to me, no confusing terminology, just straightforward information I could actually understand. I came in with several questions and each one was addressed thoroughly and without any sense of being rushed. It was evident that the team prioritizes patient understanding over simply pushing treatment forward. I left with a clear sense of what to expect, both in terms of the treatment process and the associated costs. I'll be returning for my implant work and would recommend this practice to anyone considering implants.

I was a nervous wreck going into this office without knowing any of the staff or dentists because I had an incomplete extraction and was in pain. The entire experience at Elgin dental implants was fabulous! The staff were very reassuring, took time to explain what was going to happen, and Dr Adem was perfectly professional and also extremely reassuring. Nothing happened to me post-operatively that they didn't tell me could or would happen. I completely trust this office and would highly recommend them.

I could not have imagined a better experience. I came in with extreme anxiety but Dr. Sam and Dr. Adem were extremely kind and patient with me throughout the entire journey. They answered all my questions about implants and made me extremely comfortable. I was really worried that I was going to get unnecessary treatment and leave feeling scammed, but they were extremely considerate and not pushy. No scare tactics or weird sales pressure at all from their staff. They just made their suggestion and explained the why behind it in detail so I could make an informed decision. After I decided to move forward I went under sedation and I did not feel any pain. When I woke up they had extremely good bedside manners and the team was extremely attentive, and gave me a blanket because I felt cold. If I could give them 100 stars I would. Dr. Sam and Dr. adem are extremely intelligent and empathetic. The staff is great. Highly recommend.

Clean atmosphere everyone was super helpful in going over all my options. Definitely needed a place as helpful as them. Can’t wait for the final implant also great set up in the waiting room !
